Privacy policy.

This draft explains how ClearPath Garden Care expects to handle personal data for garden care enquiries. Final legal trading identity must still be confirmed before public launch.

Who controls your data

Data controller: TBC. The service is led by Linsey Hall trading under the ClearPath Garden Care brand, but the exact legal trading identity must be confirmed before launch. Enquiries can be sent to admin@clearpathgardening.co.uk or discussed on 07908 588198.

ClearPath Garden Care is a service-area business and does not publish a public customer-facing address.

What we may collect

Name, email, phone number and preferred contact method.
Postcode, service area, access notes and garden-care enquiry details.
Online estimate answers, indicative estimate range, confidence level and manual review triggers.
Photos you choose to provide to help assess the garden.
Quote, enquiry and customer communication history.
Quote tracker access records, secure-link requests and session records where quote tracking is used.
Consent records, such as privacy acknowledgement and optional marketing consent.

Why we use it

Data is used to respond to enquiries, assess garden work, provide estimates or quotes, arrange visits, manage customer communication and keep appropriate service records.

Photos

Garden photos are used to assess the enquiry and discuss the work. They will not be used publicly without permission. Unconverted enquiry photos are expected to be retained for 30 days unless another lawful reason requires a different period.

Processors and tools

The intended stack includes Cloudflare hosting, Cloudflare D1 for enquiry records, Cloudflare R2 for optional photo storage, Resend for emails and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Turnstile helps reduce spam and automated misuse of the enquiry form.

Quote tracker and secure links

If the quote tracker is used, ClearPath Garden Care may send a short-lived secure access link to the email address connected with an enquiry. The system stores hashed access tokens and hashed session records rather than plain access tokens. Session cookies may be used to keep the private tracker open for a limited period.

The tracker is intended to show customer-facing enquiry and quote status information only. It is not intended to display internal notes, raw database identifiers or other customer records.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data where applicable. Privacy requests can be sent to admin@clearpathgardening.co.uk.
