Cancellations

Cancellations and rearranging a visit.

We understand that plans can change. Please contact ClearPath Garden Care as early as possible if you need to rearrange a garden care visit.

Customer rearrangements

Cancellation and rearrangement notice periods are TBC. Late cancellations, failed access or work already started may result in a reasonable charge depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Weather and safety

Outdoor work may need to be rearranged because of heavy rain, high winds, unsafe ground conditions, poor light or other safety concerns. If this happens, ClearPath Garden Care will aim to communicate clearly and rearrange where possible.

Wildlife or access delays

Hedge work may be delayed if active nesting birds or protected wildlife are suspected. Work may also be delayed if safe access cannot be achieved.

Consumer cancellation rights

For bookings made online, by phone or away from business premises, consumer cancellation rights may apply. If you ask for work to start within any applicable cancellation period, you may need to pay for work already carried out before cancellation.
