Who we are
ClearPath Garden Care is operated by Linsey Hall, trading as ClearPath Garden Care. ClearPath Garden Care provides local garden maintenance and tidy-up services around Corsham, Wiltshire and nearby areas.
Enquiries can be sent to admin@clearpathgardening.co.uk or discussed on 07908 588198. No public customer-facing address is published because this is a service-area business.
Services
Services include regular garden maintenance, lawn mowing, weeding, garden tidy-ups, light pruning, hedge trimming by arrangement, planting and related garden care tasks. Tree surgery, major landscaping, fencing/decking, pressure washing, hazardous waste, specialist invasive plant treatment and unsafe height work are outside scope unless separately agreed with an appropriate specialist.
Estimates and quotes
Online and initial estimates are indicative only until reviewed and confirmed. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise.
If the garden condition, access, parking, green waste volume or requested scope changes after the quote is issued, ClearPath Garden Care may need to review the price before work is confirmed.
Quote tracker access
If quote tracking is enabled, access is provided through a short-lived secure link sent to the email address connected with the enquiry. Customers are responsible for keeping access links private and should not forward them to anyone else.
The quote tracker is a customer convenience feature only. It does not replace direct quote confirmation, payment terms, booking confirmation or any agreed written scope.
Photos and enquiry details
Photos provided with an enquiry may be used to assess the garden, access, overgrowth, hedge size, green waste volume and practical job scope. They will not be used publicly unless separately agreed. Unconverted enquiry photos are expected to be retained for 30 days unless another lawful reason applies.
Access and customer responsibilities
Customers should provide safe and reasonable access, mention locked gates, pets, hazards, fragile items, parking restrictions, boundaries and water supply needs where relevant. Failed access may lead to a rearrangement or reasonable charge where agreed.
Green waste
Green waste is usually bagged or placed neatly on site as standard. Where removal is agreed, ClearPath Garden Care will either use an appropriate registered waste carrier or otherwise confirm how the waste will be handled before removal takes place.
Hedge trimming and wildlife
Hedge trimming is subject to safe access, weather and wildlife checks. During the main nesting season, work may be limited or postponed if there are signs of active nesting birds or protected wildlife.
Payment and recurring visits
Payment is by invoice and bank transfer, unless another method is agreed in writing. Payment details will be provided on the invoice.
Payment is due in line with the invoice issued after the work or as otherwise agreed before the visit. For recurring maintenance, payment arrangements may be confirmed as part of the agreed routine.
For recurring garden maintenance, please provide at least 14 days' notice to cancel or pause an agreed recurring arrangement. ClearPath Garden Care understands that plans can change. Notice helps visits, route planning and diary space to be managed fairly.
